Growth marketer, 10+ years in tech, 6 of them in London — and the person behind Tech Kariyerim.
I studied Industrial Engineering at Özyeğin University, and like a lot of people in tech, I didn't walk a straight line into the job I have today. I found my way into growth marketing, and I've spent 10+ years since then working in technology companies.
Six of those years were in London. Moving your career to another country teaches you things no course covers: how differently CVs are read, how much of hiring runs on referrals and networks, how to talk about your work in a second language, and how lonely the process gets when nobody around you has done it before.
Somewhere along the way, people started asking me for help. A CV review here, a mock interview there. Then more. I've now mentored and coached 100+ professionals through career changes, interview processes and offer negotiations — and I noticed the same questions coming up again and again.
That's why Tech Kariyerim exists. Everything I'd been repeating one-on-one deserved to be in one place, free, and open to anyone building a tech career — not just to the people lucky enough to already know someone in the industry.
The universities and centres I provide career, job-search and startup consultancy for.

Product, design, data, marketing, sales, customer success, QA — a tech career has many doors, and this community keeps all of them open.
The things that actually move a job search — referrals, insider context, honest feedback — shouldn't depend on who you happen to know.
Rejection, silence after applications, losing motivation. We talk about those too, because pretending they don't happen helps nobody.
Write to me directly. There's no contact form here on purpose — an email reaches me faster and I answer it myself.
