The format
A workshop is not a webinar with exercises
The difference is what you are doing for most of the hour. In a webinar you are listening; in a workshop you are writing.

Bring your draft
One experience block, a LinkedIn headline and about, or the interview story you keep fumbling.

The rule set
A short pass on the rule that applies — PARI for CV lines, the five fields for LinkedIn, structure for stories.

Rewrite in the room
You rewrite your own text against the rule while it is fresh. This is most of the session.
- 04
Read it back
The rewritten version gets read and challenged before you leave, so you know it works.
